Method of use
1、Degreasing, derusting, sandblasting, passivating or oxidizing the metal substrate, washing and drying, then coats the surface of the metal substrate with a layer of HT-607 adhesion primer, and dry it in an oven (130°C ×10min).
2、According to the proportion HT108A:HT108B = 100:6 to make mixture, stir evenly and filter with a 150 mesh screen. (Note: The recommended diluent at summer time is ethylene glycol butyl ether, and ethyl acetate is recommended for winter time).
3、After the silk screen printing at surface is dry, it can be cured at conditions 260 ° C × 60 min.
Packaging and storage:
This product should be put in a cool, ventilated, dry place, away from the fire source, and the storage period is 3 months. If it exceeds the shelf life, it can be used after passing the process test.
Caution:
1. Before using, shake the coatings up and down. After adding with diluent, the solid content will decrease, which may affect the thickness of the coating film. Therefore, the test should be done before coating.
2. Before adding HT108B, shake HT108B up and down, then filter; It should be stirring mixtures when add HT108B to mixtures slowly; The mixtures cannot be long keep even at a lower temperature, the viscosity of the mixtures will gradually increase.
